Home Concierge by Neighbor Serve

In March of 2024, I joined Indy entrepreneur, Dan Hanrahan, to launch & build Neighbor Serve. My focus has been building the Home Concierge service and I thought it’d make sense to share as we wrap 2024.

Overview: Home Concierge simplifies homeownership by helping homeowners save time, save money, and worry less. Our team handles the hassle of vetting contractors, gathering quotes, and organizing the home. We ensure homeowners receive exclusive offers and fair pricing, while benefiting from priority service and timely seasonal reminders. At the core, the goal of Home Concierge is to allow families to focus on what matters most (kids, spouses, work, travel, etc).

Our process includes:

• Home Kickoff.. we get to know the home, make key recommendations, and build out a seasonal approach.

• Home Hub... we create a digital Hub that includes a Quote Tracker, Preferred Pro Menu, Key Home Info, Emergency Contacts, and more.

• Priority Service... we are the one call to assist with anything home related (handyman services to remodels) and make sure you receive seasonal reminders.

Our website has a long way to go, but has certainly come a long way since March.

As of today, we support 25+ families across Greater Indianapolis and help them care for their homes. All of their home projects & maintenance are then completed by our network of vetted, local, contractors. Neighbors serving neighbors.

Lots of work in 2025 across the company at Neighbor Serve, but we’ve taken great steps in building a meaningful, sustainable, and profitable company.
